Lawsuit cash ADVANCES available here NOT LOANS!
April 30, 2008
I see many people and have been guilty myself for search engine purposes of using the word “lawsuit loan” or “settlement loan” or “loan on lawsuit”. They are some of the most commonly used search terms. I have used these in craigslist ads but haven’t used them on my site. Many also use those terms on their website.
Nothing could be further from the truth in terms of what I deliver. For starters, the “lawsuit loan” would have to be paid back regardless of what happened in the lawsuit if it were in fact a loan. Because it is an advance, if you lose your case, then you do not pay anything back. That is proof it is a lawsuit cash advance and not a “settlement loan”.
Additionally we are advancing you your own money - the settlement. You just don’t have it in your hands yet and for that priveledge we charge you a fee. Some/I call it interest which is also a misnomer. How could a finance company ask you to pay back what was yours to begin with? You are using your own money to move into the future instead of creating debt. The wealthy do this daily. You are doing the same here. The non-wealthy create debt to move into the future. This turns out to be contra survival in some instances for some people.
You are in fact getting a lawsuit cash advance and not a loan of ANY sorts. We are not bankers and do not look at credit (even more proof). The strength of the enitre transaction is your case.
Again, how could a finance company ask you to pay back what was already yours? It’s a lawsuit cash advance.

I found this link to a generic video that explains what plaintiffs experience when trying to get lawsuit funding on their settlement.
I think you will enjoy it as well, here it is: LAWSUIT CASH ADVANCES!
CASH IN 24 HRS!
April 23, 2008
Damn them. The others in the lawsuit finance business are killing it for the rest of us. They are giving help a bad name and making you skeptical of help. They are making it harder for me to help you - the plaintiff. They are lying to you and making me look slow. They are undeserving of your business. They make you mad and you might even think this business is a scam! You then call me and this is how I find out about these liars.
WHY DO THEY ADVERTISE “CASH IN 24 HRS”?
They do this to trap you in their web so that once they FINALLY get you approved for lawsuit funding (usually for a lower amount then what you needed) you have no other option but to get funded through them.
They also do this because they don’t know how to write ad copy to get your attention any other way than to lie.
They have no consideration of you which is why they don’t mind lying to you. Their viewpoint is, “Ah, if they need the money bad enough they’ll wait!”.
Do not reward these people, they only get stronger and get more resources so that they can lie to even more people through more ads!
I had a workers comp case this week get funded in the same day. That was once in 4 years! The only reason that happened was because everyone was playing the game together as a team and made this their priority. This is not an everyday occurence.
Choose your lawsuit cash advance and lawsuit funding broker wisely.
This week in the lawsuit cash advance business
April 18, 2008
What an active week it has been! Here is what I am hearing from those who got pre settlement funding:
“I feel so much better now that I can pay rent. Me and my kids have a place to stay. Thank you for helping me.” - she was getting evicted Friday
“I feel like I know you!” - we are saving her from eviction as well
“You are much better than the other people we have dealt with in this industry.” - he came to me frustrated with the others he has dealt with
“You rock, I can’t believe you got me so much money, I am glad I stuck with you.” - just like you, he had the choice of whom he wanted to deal with and even staved off bill collectors to give me his business.
This was a good week!
Divorce Cash Advances: What are the qualifications?
April 10, 2008
In order to be eligible for a cash advance from your divorce settlement you need to have an active or pending divorce and there need to be assets such as a house or bank accounts that are being fought over. Your credit doesn’t matter unless you are in a bankruptcy that isn’t closed because we ar not loaning you money. We are advancing it based on the proceeds from the case. The funding companies need to have a risk which is why they want the case to be pending. This sounds crazy doesn’t it? You would think they would want a low risk investment. Not in the world of divorce cash advance. The rates are higher than the traditional world of finance because if you lose your case, you do not have to repay. Because they aren’t loaning you money and they are taking a huge risk by advancing you money before the settlement, they charge more than what you have normally experienced in bank and such. The final part is that none of your assets are at risk, the money comes from the settlement. Hope you found this interesting!
Why I chose to be a lawsuit funding broker….
April 8, 2008
Prior to doing this I was a corporate burnout. I had no business working for someone else. I wanted freedom and I could never be free at a job.
I just knew that I wanted to help people and do something different. A friend of mine referred me to this industry and I liked the idea immediately and started the next day. I placed ads in The Flyer in Tampa for lawsuit cash advances for personal injury victims and here I am 4 years later.
Over the years I a have battled with the REASON that people need my help. Most of them are personal injury victims. I hate that they got in an accident. But I am glad that I am there to offer them a solution when they have no other options. In my opinion, getting lawsuit funding is better than getting a loan or running up a credit card because no new debt is being created.
Recently I expanded my ability to help to people who have pending divorces. The world of divorce cash advance is new. I just hung up with an attorney who said, “I knew this was available for personal injury, but not for divorce settlements.” I see a huge potential for women to be helped with this.
I love to help people and I am very glad I am doing this both for myself and for you.
