Let me begin by affirming that when a person calls me to get a lawsuit cash advance I know that they have exhausted every option available to them and are in dire need.
However, and some might say that this is easier said than done, “you get what you think about”. In other words, if you find yourself thinking, “My lights are getting turned off, my life is falling apart, this is the worst it is ever been, I can’t go on much further, this lawsuit is wrecking my life, etc.” then you will live to make that true because you hate to be wrong. In addition, the universe (others around you and your source or God) hates to be wrong also so it is no wonder that it actually happens.
So if it is true that “you get what you think about”, then why can’t you focus on what you WANT instead of what the current scene feels like? For example: “I receive a lawsuit cash advance and life is getting better!” or “I have a lawsuit cash advance and I am paing my bills, feeding myself, moving forward and I feel great!”
The greatest power that you have is the ability to change your mind. This includes about how you feel, what you do about it and what you have in life. It all starts with thought.

Spammers who leave non-relevant comments

I am receiving a ton of commentary that has links to other websites or commentary that says, “Nice work! love your website! Great place for home loans” or somesuch commentary that CLEARLY has nothing to do with my blogs or the data on my site.
Those who spam this site and post non-relevant blogs I have a question(s) for you (this I am sure to get blasted on): Do you honestly think I am going to add that crap to my website? Does doing that really add to your prosperity?
Do me a favor, don’t waste your time doing that and spend time learning how to market effectively rather than repelling everyone you do that to.

Plaintiffs who get pre settlement funding just shortly after they get in an accident and then do not finish their program at the Chiropractor are really doing themselves a huge disservice. They cause their case to not look as severe. In addition they usually get half of what they could’ve gotten from their settlement had they done the whole program. It affects the Chiropractor who is there to get a result. Usually when you don’t complete the recommmended treatment program, you don’t get results. It also affects their income. It affects the attorney’s income as well because the plaintiff settled for much less unneccesarily.
Lawsuit funding is a great tool to help a plaintiff survive litigation as well as hold out for a larger settlement. I hate to see it when plaintiffs do the above to everyone involved.

Due to the fact that medical malpractice lawsuits are more sophisticated than auto accident lawsuits the answer is yes. How much longer? It depends on the type of med mal case and how long it takes our experts to evaluate your request. But it doesn’t take much longer. Maybe a couple of days longer. In a perfect world the intial intake will take 5-10 minutes to explain to you the process of lawsuit cash advances, the two types of pricing structures and answering your questions. The next step is getting the documents from your firm which takes as long as it takes but for me it is usually 24-48 hrs unless your firm didn’t refer you in which case it could take longer.
Once I have the documents that I need from the firm, I give them to the finance company who usually has an answer in 48 hrs. Then I get the contract and send it to your firm for you to go down there and sign along with the attorney who thn sends it back to the finance company. You can receive your advance that day if it is a wire and done before 4pm EST or the next day if it is a physical check.
