In fact I’d say the motivation NOT TO LOSE is the stronger of the two.

I will treat you like a person who needs help, but I will not exploit that. In fact, I know that you needed the money the day BEFORE you called me. I will constantly communicate with you. This means whatever movement there is - you will know about it. You will know the rates and how the whole transaction works before we even get started. It is important to me that you know what you are doing, this gives you control. None of my clients have complained about how much they owe at settlement because I do so much educating on the front end. My rates have actually lowered for the 1st time in 5 years! If you choose another company the interest could eat up more of your settlement. This leaves you LESS money in your pocket later. Finally, I will not advance you too much money based on the facts of your case which also leaves you more money at settlement.
