Being certain is definitely step 1.
I am always interested to learn more about why people say this. What I have found is that when someone is looking for a lawsuit cash advance loan, they are really concerned with one thing - TRUST.
This is why I have worked so hard over the years to maintain my relationships with my law firms. When they tell their client to use Rob Thomas Legal Funding, the client sees and feels the trust of the recommendation. I don’t hear the phrase, “I am not sure I want to get a lawsuit cash advance” much; but when I do I really pour on the education.
One of the things that you stand to lose by doing business with another broker OR lawsuit funding source is that they typically tell you only what they THINK you want to know. This usually adds up to them giving you the interest rates on their lawsuit advances and not much more. They also have the “they are desperate so they will stick with me” attitude.
