Looking for a lawsuit cash advance has been the most awful experience of my life. I detest the way my brother and I have been given the royal runaround. 2 years ago, my brother was struck by a ladder outside the backdoor of a national donut store chain, sustaining a skull fracture and other permanent injuries. I am now his sole caregiver, and have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer myself, awaiting mastectomy. Have been delaying this surgery to get some money (or so I thought) from lawsuit prefunding, to pay the bills, etc. while I recover and then go through chemotherapy. We've been to maybe a dozen places so far, all have refused, with various reasons/excuses, mostly unwitnessed incident, won't take the chance on this skull fracture/brain hemorrhage case. Can you imagine?? I'm disgusted, very angry and discouraged, but will keep hammering at this as long as it takes!!

Comment from Rob Thomas: This person called me over the weekend and explained the above to me. I was unable to help her also and told her right away instead of taking her through the process on "hope". That is what 4 years in the business has afforded my clients - expertise so they don't get their hopes up for nothing. Funding companies want to be able to determine liability which in their case - premises liability with no witnesses or employee reports written when the incident happened will be difficult. Funding companies need to be willing to lose 100% of their investment on any advance and when they don't advance money, unless they haven't been given the right information then it is usually for a good reason. Would you have loaned them money on this given the facts above? Laura admitted she was relieved that I told her immediately that I couldn't help her.

Loan Shark…Interesting term, What? If I loose my case is some guy named Frankie NoNeck gonna come “pay me a visit? Toss me around? Break some “fingas”? Maybe blow out a knee cap wida bat? You have got to be kidding me. That was so 1980’s.
Could the interest rates be lower? Yes. They could be what a house loan or car loan is, somewhere between 5% and 10% depending on the economy. But let’s look at the situation here.
Wait. First off let me explain WHO I am and why I am writing this. I am a very happy client of Rob Thomas Funding. I was in an accident and lost the ability to work at a capacity at which I am comfortable. I have been an entrepreneur for 8 years now, and honestly, flipping burgers at McDonalds is doable, but not suitable for me. RT Funding helped me survive, and I’m still in the fight.
So, let’s get back to the topic at hand…rates and why they are not lower. When you obtain a home loan at 6% over 30 years, the bank makes money off the interest, processing fees, bank fees, etc. Their mortgage paperwork attaches the Note or Loan to the property. They have collateral for payment. If you default, they own your house. It is the same thing with a car, if you default, they Repo. Collateral: their ability to recover something should you default on paying back the cash.
Enter Rob Thomas Funding, stage left. This guy offers RISK FREE MONEY, and honestly, if you are calling him…you already have a problem with cash flow and are probably pretty close to loosing that house or car or both. He offers you a way out. He offers you the ability to catch up and in some cases the ability to continue as you have some money left over to work with. Again…RISK FREE…if you loose your case you pay NOTHING back. He doesn’t take your house, he doesn’t repo your car, he doesn’t look for your assets…it’s done. You owe nothing.
So let’s recap: Money you need…NOW. The ability to say in the fight longer. The ability to maintain your household. The ability to lower stress. The ability to take the time off you need to recuperate properly. The ability to keep the utilities on and food on the table. This guy give you the ability to live a normal life while your case moves forward and if you loose you pay back NOTHING…if you win, calculate the interest rate at 8% and chalk the rest of the payment up to a "The Ability to Maintain Regular Life Fee". Imagine how hard you had to work to get to where you are…imagine how hard it would be to have to start over from scratch. This guy helps keep your head above water so you don’t have too. Don’t be an idiot. This is not loan sharking. It’s life rehabilitation.

Thank God I know a Bottom Feeding MF’er like you. If I didn’t, I’d be evicted, car less, and really hungry. Anyone that has been in a position to really NEED the funding knows how important it is to be able to make ends meet. This service is something special. It helps the injured fight the real “Bottom Feeders”…the INSURANCE COMPANY. In my case where I was severally injured, I lost 70% of the use of my left hand. I was in construction, and this accident put me out of business. The true Bottom Feeders denied coverage. It has been almost a year since, and we are still pounding away. Luckily for me, I met some very interesting people. My attorney, who is the BEST in the business, and Rob Thomas, who has single handedly kept my electric on for quite some time. I don’t look at Rob as a bottom feeder…I look at him as a facilitator of regular life. Thanks again you Bottom Feeding MF’er for your support over this last year! ;o)

Hey, I enjoyed your blog. Very informative. I agree completely. Keep up the good work. I think cash advance loans can be very helpful at times. Especially in those tight situations!

I have used cash advances before when I needed some last-minute cash after banking hours. It was a great help. I only did the loan for a few days, paid a low fee, and got the money I needed. It was a great benefit to be able to have this service.
